Day 1 : Colombo - Kandy

Upon arrival in Colombo, our tour representative will welcome and guide you to Kandy, Sri Lanka’s second-largest city. Check into the hotel and spend some time relaxing. Later, you will explore some of Kandy’s iconic tourist attractions.

Kandy has a fascinating history and culture. It is famous for its Buddhist temples, monasteries, spice gardens, and nature reserves. It was also the last capital city of the erstwhile Sinhalese kingdom.

Spend the night amidst the wilderness at a luxury hotel in Kandy.

Day 3 : Nuwara Eliya

Nuwara Eliya is famously called Little England, thanks to its colonial-style buildings, quaint bungalows, and cool climate. The place is known for its tea plantations, nature reserves, and parks.

After breakfast, head out to explore the city’s top attractions: the Ambewala Farms, the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Horton Plains National Park, the Hakgala Botanical Garden, and the Seetha Amman Temple. Enjoy a boat ride on Gregory Lake or a stroll in Victoria Park.

Stay overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 4 : Nuwara Eliya - Bentota

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and head to Bentota. The journey takes over 5 hours and is absolutely scenic. Check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day exploring places in the neighbourhood.

Day 5 : Bentota

Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast before exploring Bentota, a city famous for its toddy production, beaches, marine reserves, and Ayurveda wellness centres. You will visit the Kande Vihara Temple, Turtle Farm, and the Galle Dutch Fort. You can also sign up for watersports and water rides on the Bentota River.

Spend the night in Bentota.

Day 6 : Bentota - Colombo

After a hearty breakfast, check out of the hotel and head to Colombo, Sri Lanka’s capital city. It was founded in the 16th century by the Portuguese. Some places you will visit in Colombo include Gangaramaya Temple, Galle Face Green, Viharamahadevi Temple, and the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya.

Spend the night in Colombo.

Day 7 : Depart Colombo

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and head for shopping at the local markets. Later, head to the airport to return home.
