- 45 Days Before Travel Date: 50% refund minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
- Less than 30 Days Before Travel Date: No refund will be provided.
Refunds for unused portions of a trip (e.g., missed tours or accommodations) are not provided.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Deposits required to confirm bookings.
- Cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers.
- Administrative and service charges.
4. Force Majeure
- Refunds are not available for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
- We will work with suppliers to recover costs where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.

- Refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days after approval.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
